We at Bytealipc want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury timepiece. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, our Return Policy allows you to return or exchange the item under certain conditions.

Returns

You may return items purchased from Bytealipc within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@bytealipc.com or call (407) 682-0036 for instructions. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Exchanges

Exchanges can be made for a different model or size, subject to availability. The returned item must meet the same return criteria.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to customized or personalized products and sale items marked as final sale.

Refunds

Once your return is processed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
